YOU MUST BE 18 years of age or older to use this website and its affiliated services.  If you are not 18 years or older, please LEAVE NOW. All participants in all services offered will have to present their legal identification to prove they are over the age of 18. 

This website, ProfessionalTickleTherapy.com, its employees, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "the Company") provide a service known as "Tickle Therapy". This service is defined as a non-sexual, recreational activity between two consenting adults for the purpose of stress relief and laughter. 

 

The Company is not composed of healthcare professionals, counselors, or therapists, and makes no claim to be. The services provided by the Company are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 

 

The Company is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the provision of its services. All attendees of the Company's Tickle Therapy sessions are required to sign a liability release waiver prior to participation. This waiver will clearly state that the attendee understands and accepts the risks associated with Tickle Therapy, and that the Company will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur mentally or physically.
